We may disclose information about you:
Harvey Cameron has security measures in place, and takes reasonable steps, to keep your information safe from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure, and other misuse. Harvey Cameron may utilise services from one or more third party suppliers to monitor or maintain the cyber security of its systems and information.
Under the Privacy Act 2020, if Harvey Cameron has a privacy breach that either has caused or is likely to cause anyone serious harm, Harvey Cameron must notify the Privacy Commissioner and any affected people as soon as practically able. As a guide, our expectation is that a breach notification should be made no later than 72 hours after agencies are aware of a notifiable privacy breach. Breaches must be reported to the Data Protection Officer immediately.
