  • access, review, correct or delete the information you have supplied us with (to the extent Harvey Cameron is not otherwise permitted or required to keep such information);

  • receive a copy of your information. However, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable amount for providing copies of any personal information you request, to take into account the time, cost and effort involved ;

Breach notification

Under the Privacy Act 2020, if Harvey Cameron has a privacy breach that either has caused or is likely to cause anyone serious harm, Harvey Cameron must notify the Privacy Commissioner and any affected people as soon as practically able. As a guide, our expectation is that a breach notification should be made no later than 72 hours after agencies are aware of a notifiable privacy breach. Breaches must be reported to the Data Protection Officer immediately.
