It was the Jacuzzi® family who invented the very first spa, created the industry, and built the brand that’s become famous the world-over.
Harvey Cameron was tasked with creating two sites for Jacuzzi® in Australia and New Zealand. They needed an easier way to manage products across multiple sites, and be able to integrate with their existing customer relationship management (CRM) software. And of course, they needed to provide a great user experience across multiple devices.
What We Did
Analysing Jacuzzi® business processes and user requirements, it became clear we needed to use a modern website framework referred to as a JAMstack. This approach allowed us to mesh multiple content sources into one cohesive, highly optimised website solution. Leveraging cutting edge technology we were able to tap into multiple Content Delivery Networks. This provided some critically important business benefits, including superior speed, security, stability and scalability. We designed an intuitive admin experience in order to save time when creating content or onboarding new team members.
Using cutting edge website methodology we were able to build a user experience with modern animation frameworks and unparalleled merchandising capabilities. With DatoCMS we designed an intuitive admin experience which will save time when creating content or onboarding new team members. We created a spa chooser to assist users in finding suitable products for their needs and a well designed admin experience for streamlining internal processes like replacing images, video or documents with just one click. By meshing the ‘best bits’ of multiple platforms we created a superior e-commerce platform.
